damaged car hostile stay
The valet staff damaged my car. This. Every time I entered or left the hotel, I encountered hostility due to this issue. Because of this, I will not return.

i am thankful for the excellent location near dubai mall. the hotel had a very clean room. the automated window shading was very useful.
i found that the room ac was not cold enough. i did inform the reception. they offered a different room, but the toilet was very small.

The staff were nice and supportive. The location was nice, including the lobby and pool area. The food was very good, I was like I was eating at a Michelin-starred restaurant. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I was able to get a great night's sleep.
The old towels need to be renewed. I think this is essential for a hotel of this category. Housekeeping had a late response , it took a long time for them to respond to my requests. I have stayed in this hotel several times before, so this was quite unusual.

My room was spacious and clean. I appreciated it. The outdoor pool facility was nice, and the lifeguard was very helpful. I found the staff friendly and willing to help with any request.
